Are you an experienced Administrator with excellent communication skills and prior experience supporting recruitment processes? Do you have a keen attention to detail and strong organisational skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and friendly individual to work with our client, a renowned London based University as a Recruitment Coordinator.

This position is on a full-time, temporary basis with the benefit of hybrid working.


Recruitment Coordinator Main Responsibilities:


  • Drafting job advertisements
  • Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
  • Creating content for an online recruitment portal
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Creating shortlists for vacancies
