- Assist in supervising site activities when the Site Manager is absent.
- Collaborate with the site team and subcontractors to meet plot targets in line with quality standards and deadlines.
- Ensure all on-site activities adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental standards.
- Support the maintenance of quality standards throughout all build stages.
- Maintain high levels of site presentation and housekeeping, following Customer Service Guidelines.
- Accurately record site management data in a timely manner.
- Engage with customers professionally and conduct Home Demonstrations as needed.
