    Job Description

    Leading General Insurer seeking a Legal Counsel, focusing on the EMEA region.

    The role will encompass a mixture of Commercial & Regulatory work, focusing on TOBAs, NDAs, Distribution, Broking & Delegated Authority Agreements, as well looking at FCA Handbook & PRA Legislation.

    The ideal candidate will have a background in Insurance, coming straight from Private Practice or from an equivalent In-House role. You will be 2-4 years PQE with a keen attitude to learn as well as the ability to run with your own projects quickly and efficiently.

    Candidates with a background in Commercial Insurance, Insurance Regulatory or Insurance Litigation will be considered, however there is no litigation elements to this role.

    The team operate a hybrid approach to working, based in The City of London. They go into the office 2-3 days per week.
