Accounts Payable Clerk

Willenhall - WV13

Full Time

£11.44 per hour

Monday to Friday / 8:00am - 3:30pm (35 hours per week)
A new position has become available for an established company based in Wolverhampton working within their busy accounts department.

They are looking for an experienced accounts payable clerk who can join the team and get stuck in with mínimal supervision.


The Job Role:


  • All accounts payable duties
  • Ensuring all invoices are paid
  • Matching invoices
  • Processing around 100 invoices per day
  • Processing invoices
  • Inputting, coding, and releasing invoices
  • Dealing with any queries or discrepancies

Experience Required:


  • At least 2 years Accounts Payable experience is essential
  • At least 2 years working within a busy accounts team is essential
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Confident in talking to suppliers over the phone

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Experience:


  • Accounts payable: 2 years (required)
