A legal 500-ranked regional firm are looking for a qualified lawyer specialising in corporate and commercial to join the team in their Hertfordshire office


The Corporate & Commercial Lawyer's Role


The successful Corporate & Commercial Associate Lawyer will work with a diverse caseload for a variety of clients, supporting them with a range of matters such as mergers & Acquisitions, corporate restructuring, share buy-backs and joint ventures.


The Corporate & Commercial Associate Lawyer will also work with clients advising them on a range of general commercial issues such as regulatory and compliance advice.


The Corporate & Commercial Lawyer

  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales or common law jurisdiction
  • Experience working in corporate and commercial
  • Experience working with a diverse range of companies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and friendly
  • Excellent communication skills
