One of Exeter's most well-recognised businesses are looking to recruit an
Accounts Administrator to work on either a
full time or part time basis.

Skills and experience required:
Training will be given to every new starter, but you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience of working in an accounts department is preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills and ideally experience of using SAGE.
  • Excellent keyboard skills with high levels of accuracy.
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to work to deadlines.

Role:

  • Purchase ledger using SAGE.
  • Communicating across the company to ensure invoices have been approved.
  • Preparing payment runs for suppliers.
  • Processing staff expense forms.
  • Processing credit card entries.
  • Daily cashbook entries and reconciliation.
