Are you an experienced, reliable and passionate team manager? Are you on the lookout for a fresh new challenge?

We've got an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Self-Directed Support (SDS) team as a Senior SDS Advisor on a full-time hours per week) permanent basis in
Inverurie.

The Role

As a Senior SDS Advisor, you will coordinate and mentor your team to deliver a high quality service for the people that we support.

You'll ensure that the service and team operate inline with relevant organisational and statutory policies, including Health & Safety, employment and quality laws.

You'll also work closely with our Service Lead to provide guidance on best practice and development opportunities for self-directed support.

About You

What we'll need you to bring:
Excellent customer service skills

Effective verbal & written communication skills
The ability to work on your own initiative and produce high quality, accurate work
Demonstrable experience of leading others and working collaboratively
A cando attitude with a strong commitment to professionalism and quality
A proactive solutions focused approach to problem solving
Great organisational and planning skills
SVQ level 4 (SCQF level 6) or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
