Receptionist

Monday - Friday

Birmingham, B42

Our client is currently looking for a Receptionist to join their great organisation.

Key responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

To greet all visitors promptly, completing all related security procedures and offering all appropriate services to ensure guests experience a pleasant visit.
Monitoring and responding to the information inbox and liaising with colleagues as appropriate to ensure replies are sent in a timely manner.
Assisting with the collation and circulation of brochures, other publications, material for marketing and a range of events.
Managing any incoming deliveries of mail and supplies and arranging collection by traders and staff.
Taking messages, directing calls and providing information as appropriate in a warm and confident manner.
Escorting guests to appropriate meeting rooms when requested.
Assisting other departments with adhoc including post, photocopying, document collation, typing, laminating, booking of meeting rooms and providing refreshments.

Person Specification

Experience in busy customer focused service role would be beneficial.
Good basic education with GCSEs (or the equivalent) including English and Maths.
Multitasker who can work well under pressure and uses initiative.
Good Microsoft office skills.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Thursday - 08:00am to 16:30pm with 1-hour lunch break.

Friday - 08:00am to 16:00pm with 1-hour lunch break.
