A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a sustainability focused practice based in Norwich.Join an innovative team at an Architecture practice who pride themselves on their environmentally conscious approach to design This firm operate upon a diverse portfolio of projects which includes one-off houses, public buildings, schools, and university buildings - all with a focus on reducing energy consumption and promoting healthy environments.
With the company in a great position to develop the business, there is a pressing need for a number of gifted Architectural professionals to become an important part of this growth and this includes a fantastic opportunity for an Architectural TechnologistArchitectural Technologist Requirements:Architectural Technologist Degree or similar relevant qualificationMCIAT accreditation is highly desirable Minimum 3 years' experience in a UK Architecture industryExcellent design and technical ability across new and existing buildingsProficiency in Adobe Suite, NBS and AutoCAD (2D & 3D)ArchiCAD proficiency would be highly desirableStrong knowledge of UK planning process and Building Regulations The successful Architectural Technologist can expect to receive a competitive salary and benefits package - likely to be in the range of £32k-£40k - potentially more for the right candidate.
