X2 Training Coordinator - Inside IR35

Location:
Hybrid-3 days in the office and remainder working from home
As a Training Coordinator your main responsibilities would be:
- Maintain accurate training record system in designated business area to demonstrate compliance.
- Track training needs and training qualifications and provide proactive training prompts for training needs, training events, etc.
- Coordinate and be proactively involved in the development of the annual training need forecast for the Directorate for both onsite and offsite training and support development of the Directoratespecific and sitewide annual training schedule for approval by line management.
- Maintain the schedule and track progress to the schedule throughout the year.
- Integrate training schedules into the operating schedules of the directorate.
- Schedule personnel for training and continuing training
- Create and maintain meaningful and visible training reports and KPI's required
- Alert training management to training issues
- Provide analysis of student feedback data to show current trends to the business
- Provide training system advise, guidance and training
- Perform selfchecks and selfassessments
- Support instructors with classroom or laboratory setu and tear down
- Support instructors in ensuring supplies are ready and available for courses
- Compile student feedback into meaningful reports for instructors and management
- Maintain positive and effective working relationships with team, colleagues and customers
You'll have relevant experience in:
- Good communication skills
- Good IT skills and use of Microsoft Suite
- Planning and Scheduling experience
- Stakeholder Management skills
- Highly organised
- Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas._
