£75-80 per day(salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications )**

The School and Role

A popular 2 form entry primary school in the heartbeat of Haringey are seeking a Teaching Assistantto join a Year 1 classfor the remainder of the academic year. This 'Good' graded school is located in between both Seven sisters and Tottenhamhale tube stations, and is easily accessible.
The Teaching Assisant will support all apsects of the class, and ensure there are clear communication channels with the class teacher.

The Teaching Assistant must place value in 'teamwork', and be willing to participatein playground duty as well as their other duties.
A major part of the role will be the delivery of phonics to small breakut groups wthin the class.

Wokrking hours for support staff are 08:30-4, 5 days per week.

Requirements:

The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

Confidence to deliver phonics sessions to small groups, independently
The ability to work independently as well as part of a small class team
Be able to deliver positive behaviour management techniques when called upon
