- Preparing and submitting tenders: Collaborate with our sales and engineering teams to create competitive and accurate tender proposals.
- Cost estimation: Analyze project requirements, evaluate costs, and provide detailed estimates.
- Technical understanding: Understand client specifications and translate them into effective technical proposals.
- Risk assessment: Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Client communication: Engage with clients during the tender process, addressing queries and ensuring clarity.
- Engineering background: degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related field
- Proven experience in tendering, preferably in automation however open to other engineering projects
- Understanding of Allen Bradley and Siemens industrial Control Systems
- Attention to detail: ability to analysis complex requirements s and create precise proposals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to take on new skills & knowledge
- Base salary between £40,000 - £50,000 (experience dependent)
