- Collaborate with the Managing Director, Executive Team, and Board to establish long-term financial goals and devise strategies to achieve them

- Prepare statutory annual accounts, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and collaborating with external auditors
- Undertake all company secretarial duties to ensure legal, financial, and reporting compliance
