The Award Winning Butcombe Brewery are recruiting


We are looking for a National Account Development Executive to come and join our team to cover the South West.

We offer a car allowance - 20% bonus and serious opportunities for progression.


Job Summary:

Purpose to support the visibility and profitable sale of Butcombe brands and associated factored products in different types of customer


Key Responsibilities/Main Duties:


  • Ensure Butcombe brands are represented in the best possible way and are featured in the most prominent locations in the outlet by implementing plans agreed by the sales team
  • Represent Butcombe in pub company ,wholesaler pub customers and selected local supermarkets
  • Support the sales in supermarkets by helping improve visibility in store by building displays and agreeing display
  • Support new product launches by distributing samples and marketing materials to target customers
  • Support team mates in additional prospecting or marketing events in both pubs and shops
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of customer contacts and discussions and share with the business
  • Support the reporting to the business regarding performance and areas to improve
  • Participate in events, meetings and projects as the need arises
  • Market research competitor activity and recommend improvements to the Butcombe offer

Skills, experience, and qualifications:


  • 1 years experience in a sales environment
  • Listening, selling and persuasion skills
  • GCSE maths and English
  • At least 1 years experience in a structured working environment
  • Full UK drivers license
