    Simmons Adaptive is the flexible resourcing team for leading international law firm, Simmons & Simmons.

    Simmons Adaptive is currently searching for an experienced commercial contracts lawyer, immediately available to support for an assignment lasting 6 months.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the firms leading clients within the media & television industry.

    The role will cover drafting and negotiating all standard television production agreements, contributor agreements for TV productions including writers, directors, cast, CANS, producer agreements and Pact/Equity agreements.

    It will also cover financing agreements for film and television such as IPAs, security and tax credit documentation along with negotiating commissioning, acquisition and licensing of television programmes.

    You are a qualified lawyer with training from a top tier practice.
    You have a strong commercial contracts experience within tv production working in-house.
    You have excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner.
    You will have access to high-quality roles and work within Simmons & Simmons' market-leading clients.
