Time Appointments are delighted to be working with a leading business who are currently recruiting for a forward thinking, creative Marketing Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional individual to be responsible for developing and implementingstrong marketing strategies which will support the company's long-term objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Overseeing all marketing activity which will include the production of digital and physical media, social media and website content
Creating and writing creative content which including producing product videos
Working with the designers and product team to produce consumer product packaging
Evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, SEO and the company's ROI
Planning all marketing events which will include multiple customer trade shows annually
Leading a team of 3, providing clear direction and support to achieve company objectives
Manage the annual marketing budget
Working alongside inhouse teams and external creative agencies
Continually research and present new marketing opportunities and strategies

Skills & Experience Required:

A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a varied Marketing Management position
Proven successful track record of both B2B and Direct to Consumer marketing, along with experience of ecommerce.
IT literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, PPC Campaigns etc
A Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
Drive, energy, enthusiasm, desire to succeed
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport
