    Administrator Microsoft 365 Office (m/f/d)

    With 17 employees, the UnifiedCommunications team operates key components of the ModernWorkplace. The team works cross-functionally with other units andis the technological driver for a modern and hybrid workingenvironment. Among other things, it enables and operates newcloud-based communication and collaboration tools for TC.

    Your tasks

    • Administer Microsoft Office appsfor desktop and web
    • Support IT faults in thearea of Microsoft 365 Office (2nd & 3rd level support)
    • Evaluate Microsoft 365 changes in the areaof Microsoft Office apps for desktop and web
    • Further develop the existing Microsoft Office environment
    • Prepare and support Microsoft Officeupdate/upgrade/rollout and follow up technically andorganizationally according to ITIL guidelines

    Your profile

    • Completed training in the IT sector
    • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 with a focus on MicrosoftOffice
    • In-depth knowledge of theadministration of Microsoft group policies
    • Experience in enterprise IT infrastructures
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and the willingness to expandthis further
    • Strong customer and serviceorientation
