    Portico are currently on the lookout for a Reception Supervisor for a Surrey based client in the financial services industry.

    This role will be fully operational, assisting the London based Front of House Manager in overseeing a small team based in the firms Surrey Offices who oversee the visitor experience, a busy switchboard, client hosting and meeting room management.

    The Reception Supervisor will focus on building and maintaining a positive team culture and developing cross-functional relationships. They will embrace diversity of thought, ideas, and skills to engage the team and exceed client expectations.

    They will also serve as the coordination point between internal operations of the firm and the external world of their clients, ensuring that the highest level of client care and personal service is provided to all stakeholders.

    Hours: 40 hours per week from 8am-6pm, Mon-Fri.
    Salary: £35,000.

  • Has a willingness to travel as and when required to London office to participate in training and coaching.
  • Experience within a high end corporate or hospitality environment is essential.
