Key responsibilities consist of:
- Process customer inquiries and requests efficiently
- Maintain accurate and organised records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate between other departments
- Assist in the development and maintenance of customer service documentation and procedures
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience
- Generate reports and analyse data to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Update customer information in databases to ensure accuracy
- Someone with experience within a similar/translatable position
- Adminbased experience with data entry or input
- SAP industry knowledge
- Similar knowledge with other technical systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment
