Key responsibilities consist of:


  • Process customer inquiries and requests efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and organised records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Coordinate between other departments
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of customer service documentation and procedures
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience
  • Generate reports and analyse data to identify trends or areas for improvement
  • Update customer information in databases to ensure accuracy
  • Someone with experience within a similar/translatable position
  • Adminbased experience with data entry or input
  • SAP industry knowledge
  • Similar knowledge with other technical systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment
