Description
We are working with a currently small, but rapidly growing, Underwriters in the heart of the Lloyd's insurance market, who are unique in their approach and business model.
They are looking to recruit a versatile and flexible senior HR Generalist to join them as a Senior HR Advisor.
Ideally you will have experience of the Lloyds/London Insurance market and looking for your next step in your HR career path.
This role will be wide ranging but they are going through a period of growth and for the next year recruitment will be a major part of the role but you will also will cover all areas of HR from DEIB, L&D, Employee Relations etc providing guidance and advice across the business, however they need someone who is more than happy to take on the more general HR admin duties too.
Previous HR experience at HR Advisor/HR Manager and extensive knowledge of employment lawHappy to handle their recruitment requirements from start to finish
Good all-round experience of HR systems, practices and policies.
Establishing new processes and policies and initiatives to drive employee engagement
Strong organisation skills and experience in HR Administration
