    Description

    Our client creates fun and quirky accessories, clothing and lifestyle products for all to love and enjoy all year round.

    They have standalone stores across the country and also feature in over 200 stockists worldwide. Alongside that, they also have two Nail Salons at Carnaby Street and Brent Cross.

    Based in North London, the brand is on a rapid growth plan so it's a great time to join the team and be a part of the journey.

    They're looking for an experienced Unisex Clothing Graphic Designer to join their growing team.
    Previous experience within a clothing retailer or supplier is required for this role.


    Salary:
    35K to 40K dependant on experienceThe role is heavy on prints and graphics and placement of license brand logo's

    Responsibilities:

    • Able to design a full range based on the trend
    • Create trend boards seasonally from catwalks/competitors' shops
    • Work together with the buyer to implement colour palette seasonally
    • Upload designs for approval on licensing systems
    • Draw up CADs and create design packs to be sent to suppliers
    • Track and monitor the development process
    • Help with layout for presentation documents
    • Take ownership of accounts and work efficiently to tight deadline
    • Work with the clothing buyer to design and develop product ranges
    • Work closely with the tech designers to ensure that we are developing a cohesive range.
    • Flag any issues and resolve technical queries, working closely with the buyer to achieve this
    • Assist on ad hoc projects
    • Participate in the fittings in-house with the garment techRequirements:
    • 3+ years design and development experience, ideally in similar product areas
    • Able to create prints and graphics
    • Understanding of design and development process
    • Proficient in Adobe packages with emphasis on illustrator
    • Good excel skills
    • Able to work across different products categories across different accounts
    • Creative with commercial eye
    • Highly Organised
    • Willingness to learn
    • Able to complete tasks in timely manner
    • Great team player
    • Able to manage and track account
