    You'll have a track record of producing UGC items on Roblox, including rigging and uploading.

    A creative flare and an eye for detail is particularly important in this role, as you'll need to ensure your research influences your designs.

    Conceptualise and design innovative outfits and prop (UGC) assets that align with client briefs and brand identities
    Develop compelling character designs through silhouette, costume, and accessory design
    Drive the visual direction of assets from initial concept to final implementation
    Possess a strong understanding of Roblox Studio and its 3D creation tools, with demonstrated expertise in designing high-quality layered clothing assets
    Bring game assets to life with expert texturing skills using Substance Painter and 3DCoat
    Enhance user engagement and immersion through meticulous caging and weight painting, to make virtual characters and objects feel natural and responsive
    Drive projects forward with a strong sense of ownership, proactively managing workloads with high-quality results
    Expertise in modeling and sculpting, high-to-low poly workflows, and complex item and hair modeling
    Bring expert ideas and innovative approaches to the role, pushing creative boundaries and driving successful outcomes
    Understand target audiences and competitive landscapes, driving informed brand positioning and messaging
    Expertise in Roblox Studio UGC rigging and upload workflows
    A creative with a true passion for art, design and youth culture
