This role involves the installation of fire and/or security systems.
Conduct installation and commissioning of electronic fire and/or security systems.
Provide reliable, quality support to customers consistently.
Maintain a professional demeanor in telephone and face-to-face interactions.
Offer assistance and training to fellow team members.
Excellent technical knowledge of security systems.
Awareness and responsibility for necessary equipment and emergency van stock.
Polite but assertive telephone manner.
Our clients health and safety policies and procedures.
The Health and Safety at Work Act, along with all site-specific and statutory health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies.
Method statements and risk assessments.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that plays a critical role in maintaining the security and functionality of Fire and Security systems across the UK.
