My client, a leading legal firm based in Tunbridge Wells are looking to hire an experienced 1st/2nd line support to join their in-house service desk team.

You will be responsible for providing technical support, over the phone, remotely and on the floorto Partners, Fee Earners, and Support Staff at every level.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that technical support is provided to all staff in a professional and timely manner and that matters are resolved as efficiently as possible.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships throughout the business to ensure positive inter departmental engagement.
  • Monitoring and management of a full range of ICT equipment to ensure down time is minimised and the office is kept in good clean working order.
  • Installation, set up and decommissioning of hardware as required.
  • 2 Years + experience working in a technical support role, either for an inhouse team or a managed service provider.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the complete range of Microsoft Applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- (Desirable) Experience providing technical support within a legal or professional services environment
