Are you a dynamic and experienced Graphic Design professional, with a passion for sharing your expertise with students in a further education setting? As a Graphic Design Teacher, you will provide supervision of your curriculum area, ensuring that you meet budget, quality, and operational targets.
You will have demonstrable knowledge around delivering high quality, learner-focused education, while fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration in order for your students to succeed.
Plan and develop a curriculum that ensures compliance with the national curriculum framework, including, but not limited to, the integration of functional skills, best practice, and quality targetsStay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve teaching methodologies
Certificate of education or PGCE
Minimum Level 3 occupational qualification
English and maths minimum level 2 Grace C or grade 4 and above
Professional experience in Graphic Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
A demonstrable track record of effective teaching and delivery of Graphic Design to post 16 students
Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
