Partner Engagement Specialist


The Transformation Office is seeking to appoint a Partner Engagement Specialist - this is a fantastic opportunity for an outcome focused individual whose strengths include stakeholders communication and engagement to join the Transformation Office and play a key role in the performance and relationship management of the partners supporting the delivery of out Transformation Plan.

This is a newly created role that will join the Portfolio Services function within the Transformation Office (TO).

It is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual who enjoys a challenge and is on the lookout for their next opportunity.


It is essential that we maintain and build stakeholder trust and confidence throughout our transformation - ensuring they are engaged with our activities, feel able to influence, where appropriate, and have confidence we are on track to achieve the commitments we made in our Strategic Plan and ultimately the Water Sector Vision.

This role will influence ways of working with stakeholders to maximise value and efficiency in support of achieving our transformation ambitions.


This role has an important part to play in the successful delivery of our transformation supporting this journey over the coming years.

There will be a degree of flexibility as the role evolves supporting performance management activities, internal and external engagement.


Key responsibilities- Influence the coordination of stakeholder interactions to ensure linkages and connectivity across the transformation workstreams and beyond.- Provide insights and reports into partner interactions.- Work closely with key stakeholders to manage and deliver the TO ambitions.- Provide analysis and decision support for key initiatives.- Provide oversight of engagement activities, identify gaps, resolve issues and look at lessons learnt to improve for the future.- Manage and facilitate complex partner requests and ensure timely resolution.- Conduct and facilitate stakeholder interactions.- Champion a continual improvement culture, proactively seeking out opportunities and improving, streamlining and simplifying interfaces with internal supporting functions and external partner organisations.


Required Key Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong analysis and presentation skills, highly competent in BI and Microsoft 365 toolset.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and listening skills.

  • Experience of working in a project/programme environment.

What you'll get

The salary range for this position is £35,384 - £47,924 depending on experience.
