    Description

    Job Description Our client, a global medical device company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Engineer to join their team in London, England.

    As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal performance and functionality of our client's medical devices while providing exceptional technical support to valued customers in the region.

    Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair activities on medical devices at customer sites in London and surrounding areas.
    Provide comprehensive training to customers on operating and maintaining medical devices, ensuring proficiency in utilising the equipment.

    Collaborate closely with other teams to deliver outstanding customer service and support, addressing customer enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

    Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, maintenance logs, and inventory management, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

    Stay updated on product developments and industry trends, continuously enhancing technical knowledge and skills to deliver best-in-class service to customers.

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
    Proven experience in field service engineering, ideally within the medical device industry.
    Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively within London and surrounding areas.
