    Description

    Fire & Security Role:
    Are you a Fire Service Engineer carrying out maintenance, repair, installation and commissioning of equipment?
    Gent and Notifier training provided
    ~ 25 days holiday
    ~ Overtime paid at time and half and double time rates appropriately

    React to customer call outs during normal office hours when requested by the Coordinator.
    Participate in the Company's 24 hour 365 day call out rota.
    React to customer call outs outside normal office hours when requested by the Customer.
    Complete all necessary service documentation, on time and accurately.
    Work in a safe manner abiding by all Risk Assessments and Method Statements
    Complete and submit monthly timesheets including authorised overtime claims.
    Complete and submit monthly expense claims.
    Complete the service management system at the correct times
    Accurately complete service reports for each and every job ensuring additional materials and labour for invoicing is recorded.
    Strive to achieve and maintain a 95% plus performance in relation to all aspects of the position

    This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very highly specialised fire alarm company, as a site based fire alarm service and maintenance engineer.

    There will be times where you need to travel between sites and this will be considered as part of your working day.

    Carry out maintenance, repair, installation and commissioning of equipment in accordance with the Company's contractual obligations in an economic and profitable manner.

    Take overall responsibility for the fire alarm system at two sites one in Basildon and one in Colchester, Essex.
