We are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to the Global Marketing & Research Director.

Enabling them to operate efficiently and effectively, and to provide essential administrative support within the wider Marketing and Research team.

About the role
The Marketing and Research team is a busy and vibrant team where no two days are the same.

As the Personal Assistant to the Global Director, you'll play a pivotal role in making sure that great planning and organisation means the team runs at its best.

You will be the first point of contact to employees within the organisation who work with your director. The below skills are essential for the smooth running of the director's day to day working life.

  • Prioritising tasks and ensuring the director is always one step ahead.
  • Minute taking and reviewing of all projects and actioning all requirements in a timely manner.
  • Support the Director's work on major programmes and projects including creating power point presentations and keeping team organograms up to date.
  • Organising complex travel arrangements for the Marketing & Research Director including expense claims and credit card returns

About you


The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude to be able to produce the high standard of administrative work.

You will have excellent Microsoft Office packages experience and be comfortable working with other databases/platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to join a team within the Research & Marketing department.
