Customer Care Executive

Newcastle Quayside

Up to £25k + Annual Bonus

Working within the Customer Service Team, you will:

  • Record information on our CRM and maintain accurate records
  • Manage and protect all customer information, this includes sensitive information in accordance with the relevant legislation.
  • Think on your feet and provide innovative solutions to our customers' requests
  • Liaise with Energy Suppliers to ensure a prompt resolution of customer queries.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure all aspects of the customers' requirements are met

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience of working in a Customer Service role within an Energy Supplier or Consultancy
  • A passion for excellent customer service
  • The ability to communicate effectively with a range of Stakeholders and Customers
  • Analytical skills enabling you to identify root causes and proactively resolve issues
  • A confident, resilient and articulate nature
  • Be able to work well both on your own and as part of a dedicated team
  • Ability to plan and organise time and tasks effectively.
  • Adaptable to change

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
