Contract type - Permanent
Location - Based at Hickman Avenue Depot, can also work at any suitable location within the City of Wolverhampton, including Anchor Lane and Shaw Road Household Waste & Recycling Centres and Crown Street Waste Transfer Station.

Based within the Quality and Logistics team in Waste and Recycling Service department, you will have to ensure that Quality and Logistics team support all areas of the Waste and Recycling ServiceDuties include:
- Overseeing the provision of support services with a particular emphasis on performance reporting and customer service
- Ensuring contractual obligations and service standards are achieved
- Working collaboratively with the central communications service, developing service communication across multiple platforms
- Providing financial analysis and assistance to achieve savings through increasing operational efficiency, income opportunity and competitive procurement
Requirements for the role:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
- Driving licence is essential to the role
- Previous experience in supervising staff and performance management in an administration support office setting
- Previous experience of presenting to a variety of stakeholders including delivering employee briefings/training sessions
