- Develop and oversee internal communication channels.
- Coordinate and manage directory submissions and ensure timely submissions.
- Plan and supervise business development and firm events.
- Implement social media strategies and campaigns, in collaboration with BDM Managers.
- Execute campaigns and projects on websites, social media platforms, and e-marketing channels, from initial planning to performance reporting.
- Provide monthly metrics on campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct research and create initial credentials packages.
- Assist departments in business development research and client relationship management endeavors.
- Generate ad hoc reports and conduct necessary research.
- Support the wider BDM team with extra projects.
- Experience in a similar Business Development and Marketing role at Assistant or Executive level, preferably in a law firm or alike setting.
- Proficiency in developing communications for internal channels.
- Capability to create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels such as Social, Email, and Website.
- Experience in analyzing campaign performance.

We are looking for a skilled Business Development and Marketing (BDM) Executive to join a talented team within a B-Corp firm to collaborate with senior stakeholders and carry out BDM activities. This is a great chance to lead the development and management of internal communications channels, coordinate and manage BDM activities and events, and execute campaigns across web, social media, and e-marketing channels. If you have relevant experience in a similar Business Development and Marketing role in a legal or professional services firm, and are passionate about working for a truly socially impactful business, we would like to hear from you.
