    Salary: £49,000 - £51,000 + fantastic company benefits

    Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm)

    Location: Central London

    Overview:

    Compass Associates is proud to be exclusively working with a private mental health hospital which boasts over three decades of expertise in delivering specialised, evidence-based treatments across outpatient, day patient, and inpatient settings. Their team of specialists is dedicated to diagnosing and treating various mental health conditions, including eating disorders and addictions.

    Together, we are looking for a CBT Therapist who will manage a caseload of 3 to 4 inpatients in the OCD Unit. A typical day will encompass approximately 4 clinical hours, including 2 individual sessions and a practical group session emphasising exposure therapy (ERP).

    You will be working closely with the MDT which consists of a Consultant, Occupational Therapist, Psychology Students, Music Therapists, Drama Therapists, Ward Manager, Charge Nurse, Nurses, and HCAs, and reporting into the Lead Therapist who is a CBT Therapist by background.

    Essential Requirements:

    • Post Graduate qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
    • Full accreditation with the BABCP
    • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
    • Experience working with adults who have OCD and related disorders
    • Training in additional modalities is desirable but not essential (e.g. in DBT, EMDR, CFT, ACT)

    Interview Process:

    1 stage interview process - Formal Zoom interview with the Consultant & Lead Therapist. This will include a presentation.
