NEW Accounts Payable Opportunity | Multi-Site Hospitality Business | 3-month FTC | London | Hybrid | £25-28k


Consumer Additions have partnered with an exciting and growing multi-site hospitality business who are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their London based finance team on an interim basis.


You will be involved within a sociable and dynamic team where you will be responsible for managing the finance inbox, processing invoices, and getting involved in the bank and supplier reconciliations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that invoices are scanned, processed and kept up to date on the system
  • Managing the AP mailbox and ensuring account details are kept up to date
  • Delivering the weekly payment run
  • Answering any queries from suppliers to ensure that all invoices are processed correctly and efficiently
  • Processing expense claims onto the portal
  • Reconciling supplier statements and supplier accounts

Requirements:


  • Previous finance experience in a commercial business
  • Strong communication skills
  • You will be competent in Excel
  • Experience of working with Business Central is beneficial but not necessary
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic business and adaptable to change
  • You should be proactive, organised and able to problemsolve
