Courier Recruitment Administrator
My client is currently seeking a Courier Recruitment Administrator to join their well known team.


As a successful Courier Recruitment Administrator, you will positively contribute to the success of the Courier Team by proactively dealing with all day-to-day communications and queries that support the efficient recruitment of third-party courier partners ensuring a smooth recruitment process.


Responsibilities:


  • Proactively supports the 'end to end' process to ensure all thirdparty couriers are supported through the recruitment process.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external customers to reach mutually agreeable outcomes.
  • Effective upkeep & management of internal and systems and processes
  • Demonstrates effective time management skills and meets deadlines
  • Ensures all paperwork and systems are maintained efficiently and accurately and in line with the business policy and process requirements

Skills

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of recruitment processes
  • Previous experience in a customer focused environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to reprioritise tasks/workload in line with changing business needs in a busy and time sensitive environment

Job Type:
Temporary contract


Salary:
£22,500.00 per year
