About The Role

• As Line Leader in our Warehouse team, you'll oversee a set area of our operation and coordinate a team of colleagues to deliver the goods in / goods out process.
• Driving excellent standards within the team, you'll work in a safe, efficient and hygienic environment to deliver quality food safe products to our customers on time.
• You'll provide the tools and training to help our colleagues to understand key ways of working and relevant site processes.
• Listening to our colleagues is really important, and you'll do this whilst taking action to solve issues and improve processes wherever possible.
• Working flexibly to support and liaise with other teams as required, you will look to deliver improvements that speed up and simplify the way we work.
