We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Associate - Webinars.

You will be responsible for developing and integrating marketing campaigns for our webinars; working closely with the production, operations, and sales teams to ensure our client's pool of prospects remains abundant and engaged.

Main responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the database, preparing targets for each campaign using Pardot and Salesforce.
• Actively manage the database to ensure accurate information for direct mailing activities.
• Create campaigns and HTML promotional emails.
• Prepare webinar/workshop e-shots and monthly newsletters.
• Schedule marketing campaigns effectively.
• Produce regular reports and statistics on activity levels.
• Liaise with partners/companies regarding marketing materials and banners.
• Host webinars and manage social media banners.
• Send webinar reminders and manage social media platforms using Mailchimp for reminders and Hootsuite for social media.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Excellent writing and editing skills with a creative flair.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to think outside the box and a commercially minded approach.
• Experience in social media management and basic website management.
• Proficient in data management and proofreading with excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics reporting.
• Excellent oral communication and listening skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Able to work accurately under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• A-level or graduate-level education or equivalent.

Desirable

• Previous events experience.
• Knowledge of SEO and Google AdWords.
