If so, we have the perfect role for youWe are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Associate - Webinars.
You will be responsible for developing and integrating marketing campaigns for our webinars; working closely with the production, operations, and sales teams to ensure our client's pool of prospects remains abundant and engaged.
Main responsibilitiesMaintain and manage the database, preparing targets for each campaign using Pardot and Salesforce.Actively manage the database to ensure accurate information for direct mailing activities.
Create campaigns and HTML promotional emails.
Prepare webinar/workshop e-shots and monthly newsletters.
Schedule marketing campaigns effectively.
Produce regular reports and statistics on activity levels.
Liaise with partners/companies regarding marketing materials and banners.
Host webinars and manage social media banners.
Send webinar reminders and manage social media platforms using Mailchimp for reminders and Hootsuite for social media.
Qualifications, Skills & ExperienceExcellent writing and editing skills with a creative flair.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
Ability to think outside the box and a commercially minded approach.
Experience in social media management and basic website management.
Proficient in data management and proofreading with excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of Google Analytics reporting.
Excellent oral communication and listening skills.
Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Able to work accurately under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
A-level or graduate-level education or equivalent.
DesirablePrevious events experience.
Knowledge of SEO and Google AdWords.
