ROLE SUMMARY

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?


Global Trave Retail Account Executive is required to plan, negotiate, and implement key initiatives that drive volume, market share growth and profitability in a defined portfolio of accounts in line with the GTR marketing strategy and guidelines.

The role will work with retailers & distributor in the travel retail universe that operate across multiple geographies.


What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?
The role will support the Europe based Global Travel Retail business unit deliver its annual targets and help realize the group's " A BETTER TOMORROW" vision

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- _Support account manager to manage responsible accounts end to end operation and deliver volume, market share, and profit as per expectations._
- _ Building and developing customer relationships. _
- _Establish relationships with key account operational staffs._
- _ Lead account plan execution and implementation. _
- _Drive launch & execution of new categories. Work closely with account manager & activation team to ensure delivery of day to day operation OTIF._
- _ Maximise trade spend efficiency through our retail, distribution partners, and agencies._
- _ Support consistent key accounts business reviews._
- _ Support analysis & reporting of responsible markets and accounts._


EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

ESSENTIAL

Experience Required
- _ Sales & Key account management. _
- _Trade marketing & Activation._
- _ Budget Management_


Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- _ Strong soft skills. Ability to influence stakeholders with strong negotiation skills._
- _ Planning skills and financial acumen_
- _ Strong analytical, interpersonal & communication (oral and written._
- _ Strong excel skills._
- _ Ability to operate independently whilst being results-oriented_


Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- _ Bachelor's degree_
- _ 3+ years of experience._


BENEFICIAL
- _ Global travel retail experience is advantageous_
- _ Experience managing large complex accounts_
- _ Forecast & planning experience_
- _ Experience within Business Intelligence and Analytics are considered an advantage_
