We are currently looking to recruit an experienced
Payroll & HR Systems Specialist to join our team based in
Four Ashes, Wolverhampton.


You will work
2 days per week and be responsible for maintaining HRM systems, T&A systems and processing the UK and RoI payroll through an external payroll service provider.

You will ensure compliance with local legislation and payroll tax requirements in the respective countries.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the HR Team to process information changes in readiness for payroll.
  • Prepare payroll data for salaried and shift employees.
  • Ensure import data is prepared from T&A and HRM systems.
  • Ensure banked hours and overtime is processed correctly.
  • Prepare manual upload sheets (Master Data, Payments & Deductions, Pensions).
  • Conduct preprocess checks to capture and correct errors.
  • Audit payslips before signoff.
  • Provide pension providers with contribution uploads.
  • Generate reports on monthly payroll data.
  • Support with generating HMRC yearend documents and P11d processing.
  • Support with time and attendance monitoring.
  • Pull reports from systems.
  • Strong knowledge of local legislation, pension and HMRC requirements.
  • Experience processing UK payroll.
  • Experience using HR management systems.
  • Experience using Time & Attendance Systems.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail and diligence.
  • Able to work to strict deadlines.
  • Strong computer literacy.
This role will be based on-site and due to the nature of the role flexibility is available.

Payroll must be administered and processed for payment on the 15th of each month.

Salary will be pro-rata and based on experience.

Part-time hours: 15 per week


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
