    Description


    Are you an experienced solicitor specialising in planning-related matters? Looking for a change of pace that will provide you with the work-life balance you've been longing for, paired with a newfound sense of responsibility and contribution towards the local community?This district council is searching for a senior planning solicitor to integrate into their Haywards Heath-based legal team.

    Join them in their pursuit of building a collaborative and capable legal offering, flexing your confidence as the line manager of two team members while independently providing planning law advice for primarily non-contentious matters.

    This role provides an opportunity to take real pride in your work as you effect positive change on your doorstep.

    Knowledge of SAMM and SANG contributions is preferable, as is a desire to remain informed on planning legislation developments.
