As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity in the absence of regular teachers.

Your responsibilities will include supervising students, delivering pre-set work, managing classroom behaviour, and providing support as needed.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a school environment and develop essential skills for a career in education.

Cover Supervisor Requirements for Success:
A bachelor's degree with a 2:2 or above, in any discipline
Passion for education and a desire to inspire and motivate young learners
High expectations for student achievement and behavior
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creativity, friendliness, and approachability
