Description

Other duties will include:

  • Log all calls
  • Check payment failures
  • Updating customer information accurately
  • Carry out checks on individuals using the provided software and for clients, ensuring all personal data is correct and the individual is eligible for the product
  • Weekly reporting for clients pulling data from database

Skills/Experience:

  • Experience within a customer services call centre
  • Happy and able to work in a home working setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Complaint/Objection handling
  • Understand ID&V & security measures
  • A high proficiently in written English
