- Cooperate with the SEN team to craft and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention schemes customized to each student's needs.
- Employ positive behavior reinforcement methods to inspire and motivate students, fostering a positive and respectful learning setting.
- Engage actively with fellow teachers, support personnel, and parents to exchange insights, tactics, and advancements related to behavior management of SEN students.
- Stay updated on the latest research and top practices in SEN education and behavior management, actively participating in relevant training sessions and workshops to continually enhance your competencies.
- Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Special Educational Needs.
- Demonstrated expertise in working with students facing behavioral obstacles.
- Solid comprehension of various SEN conditions and their behavioral implications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
