Candidates must have a goodunderstanding of being an experienced Education and TrainingConsultant and be someone competent in working with clientscustomers and colleagues of all levels of seniority.

What you willdo
TrainingDelivery:

• Design and Deliver trainingprograms remotely and/or in person.
• Identifyingcreating and curating training content relevant to both our clientsand for staff within the business with a particular perspective andfocus on the use of technologies and solutions we provide andsupport within schools.

LearningLocker Training Platform:

• Work as partof a team to maintain our elearning platform including updatingcontent to reflect Government Education and Technology advancementchanges.
• Source opportunities to develop moreexpansive future content and courses.
• Createand edit training scripts and demonstrationrecordings.

TransformationConsultancy:

• Meet with clients toassess digital transformation needs.
• Conductskills analysis exercises through site visits audits observationsand discussion.
• Analyse quantitative andqualitative data to produce detailed reports back toclients.
• Design bespoke training solutions andprograms which meet the assessed needs whilst remaining onbudget.

Internal Support; using yourknowledge and experience of the Educationsection:

• Provide training for internalstaff on education policy trends andprocedures.
• Offer support and advice to theCommercial and Procurement team to ensure the products andsolutions we offer are fit for purpose appropriate for use in aneducational establishment and deliver on their companys vision tohelp schools to improve theiroutcomes.

StayUpdated:

• Keep abreast of the latesttrends methodologies and developments in the Education field andincorporate relevant innovations into trainingprograms.

What youwill need

• A passion foreducation.
• Experience in planning and leadingtraining sessions within the Educationsector.
• Good knowledge of fundamental ITconcepts and applications.
• Knowledge of currentchanges and developments in EducationTechnology.
• Experience working with MicrosoftGoogle and Apple software or a commitment to pursuing personal CPDrequirements in these areas.
• Strongorganisation and time management skills with the ability to work totargets and deadlines.
• Excellent communicationskills and the ability to build strong relationships with clientsand colleagues.
• Flexibility willingness andability to travel independently and train educational staff acrossthe geographical area covered by thecompany.
• Desirable but notessential:
• Experience in using observation toimprove the quality of teaching learning andassessment.
• Certificate in Education or PGCE orDiploma in Education (QTS desirable
• Experienceoffering information advice and guidance within the EducationTechnology sector.
