    Ada is partnered with a MedTech company that uses their SaaS platform to drive healthcare innovation. They're seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer with expertise in Kubernetes, particularly in production environments, to join their rapidly growing team.

    Job Title: DevSecOps Engineer

    Company: Healthtech Startup

    Location: Remote in the UK

    Salary: Up to £90,000 + Bonus & Shares

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS/GCP and a deep understanding of DevSecOps tools (such as Snyk, AquaSecurity, and Fortify) and Kubernetes in production environments.

    AWS certifications are a significant plus, along with experience in Biotech/Healthcare, or Fintech, due to similar security environments.

    The company values growth and envisions this role advancing to Lead DevSecOps Engineer within two years.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Design, implement, and maintain a highly available and scalable Kubernetes cluster.

    Automate the deployment and scaling of applications and services on the cluster.

    Monitor and troubleshoot the cluster and its applications to ensure optimal performance.

    Collaborate with the development team to ensure applications are designed for scalability and high availability.

    Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

    Qualifications:

    Six years experience in a similar DevOps or Platform position

    Expertise in Kubernetes, especially in production environments

    Experience using or deploying device-based trust applications (Okta Verify, Google BeyondCorp).

    Familiarity with RBAC/ABAC concepts and operating policies.

    Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Prometheus, ELK

    CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD
