Band 9 £34,723 to £36,298 per annum

Fixed term until 31st December 2024

Full time 37hrs per week

Based at the Guildhall, Gainsborough (working in a virtual first environment)


West Lindsey District Council has an exciting and ambitious plan for Gainsborough and we want you to help us make this a reality.

We've been awarded £10.274 million from the Levelling Up Fund, to deliver our £18.

8 million Thriving Gainsborough 2024 Initiative and have a programme, which includes the following headline projects:


  • A new 4 screen cinema and retail complex in the town centre
  • Redesigning the use and streetscape of the Market Place
  • Extension of the Townscape Heritage Initiative
  • Creating a green public realm
  • Implementation of our wayfinding strategy


As Townscape Heritage Delivery Coordinator, you'll assist the Townscape Heritage Project Officer and Activity Coordinator in the delivery of Gainsborough's 'Historic Heart' Townscape Heritage project.

The role supports planning, advising upon and co-delivering programmes of building restoration to preserve and enhance commercial and heritage assets within a target area in Gainsborough Town Centre.
