As a key member of the Leonardo account in the UK, you will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions to drive efficiency, improve quality, and ensure compliance.
You'll also be responsible for developing a robust supplier relationship and performance management program that enables us to optimise our commercial efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities_**_
- Identify opportunities across the Leonardo account to drive improved efficiency, quality, innovation and customer service and work closely with the account team to implement
- Lead the successful review of the supply chain to support the Leonardo Account, ensuring all compliance and assurance requirements are met and the solution meets the Client's needs
- Act as the link between the Leonardo account team and Procurement to ensure strategies and objective remain aligned
- Ensure ISS continue to meet all Leonardo supplier assurance requirements
- Support the rebate management programme to deliver maximise benefit to ISS
- Drives Contract Management & Risk Mitigation minimising ISS and Leonardo operational and financial exposure by ensuring and securing complete and favourable contractual terms & conditions for all contracted agreements
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications_**_
- Extensive and proven experience in Procurement typically 5+ years
- Degree educational background
- Strong business acumen, with strong knowledge of P2P business models and sourcing approaches or techniques necessary to achieve best in class
- Strong change management capability with demonstrable results
- Supplier Relationship Management experience
