Job Title:
Data and Admin Support Officer (Social Housing)


Contract type:
Temporary 3-6-months+ (job assignments are often, extended by clients on a longer-term basis).


Location:
Sutton, London


Start Date:
Immediate / Short Notice - Please state your notice period, if currently employed.


Hours Per Week:
Full-time position, 40 hrs pw


Start Time:9:00 AM


End Time:17:00 PM


PAYE Rate:
£19.49 ph (including 12.07% holiday pay)

Responsibilities & Outcomes

Working with the damp and mould team. Inputting data onto google sheets and NEC. Keeping tenants and contractors updated. Ensuring inboxes are managed and up to date. Progressing workflows in NEC


Undertake workstation assessments for SHP staff, provide reports to Human Resources, and coordinate with the Corporate Health and Safety Unit regarding the Corporate Warning System.

Provide administrative support to the Compliance, Health & Safety Manager and lead the implementation of new compliance systems related to fire, asbestos, and health and safety.

Additionally, be responsible for conducting training on current and new compliance and health and safety systems, as well as coordinating health and safety training for new starters and existing staff, including all online training.

Proven experience in providing administrative support, such as minute-taking during meetings and crafting clear, concise letters and simple reports, along with a familiarity with health and safety environments.

Proficiency in using Microsoft software, including Word and Excel, and other specialized software packages to manage information and performance data.

A willingness to learn, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities to support the departments priorities. Understanding of compliance performance assessment and proactive support to achieve high performance. Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines while working independently. Proficiency in prioritising, organising, and scheduling activities and resources to achieve results, and experience in making timely, balanced decisions.

A customer-focused approach that considers internal and external customer needs and expectations, encouraging input from others and incorporating their feedback.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues, actively listening and anticipating their needs to exceed expectations.
