Customer Services Account Executive with Hybrid - Lichfield, United Kingdom - Elitep
Description
Our client based near Lichfield are seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their team.Please note you must have access to your own vehicle for this role.
Duties will include the following:
- Booking meeting rooms and keeping a diary for them
- Ordering refreshments such as drinks and buffet lunches
- Booking hotels and travel checking invoices once received and sending to accounts
- Postal duties which will be opening, distribution and franking ready for collection.
- Carrying out reception duties
- Ensure that all incoming and internal phones calls are dealt with in an appropriate manner
- Photocopying, printing, laminating
- Maintaining stock of office supplies
- Any other Admin duties required
